An Angel’s Wish Made True! (In a hurry :-P)

January 3rd 2010 in Adventure, Inspirational, Jus 4 Fun, Photos and Thoughts..., travel

Few snaps from my recent trip to Italy with Prudhvi, Asha, Madhu, Gundan and Chotta shakeel.

Damn I hate to hear Flickr blocked. So here we go… I really wish i have time to fill the captions as well. May be some other time. All those “May be” lines, i don’t know when they will come true.

NOW LET YOUR BANDWIDTH BURNNNNNNNNNNN

NOTE: Taking photos inside basilica and Vatican museum is not a easy job. Tripods not allowed & flash as well. Add the poor sodium lighting to the above. A security told me that if i have to use tripod i have to get permission from papal office. And for sure no flash as it will damage the old paintings. Alas. For sure there is another trip to Italy very soon. I have so much in my hand to do that i am almost lost in the question “What to do now?”

It’s damn freezing outside now. Just -20 and what else would be better time for winter photography. January 6th will have a photo session for sure. Any one interested in joining? ;-)

If anyone have plan to visit Italy, esp Rome, do set aside minimum a week for Rome alone. Even after my 4th trip i don’t have the feel i saw Rome. There is so much.

Someone asked “What about Rome exited/interested you the most?”. My honest reply was “Made me realize again how many things are there back in India” I wish all my life is nothing but a long vacation. Any sponsors?

Some, I look at in awe. Some, make me smile. Some, make me think.

I like the way you took the snap of the soldier and his AK-47.
