The Midnight dream is a NIGHTMARE now…
Well when i posted the Midnight Dream i never thought i will be hearing to something like that in BBC in a 3 day gap…When i saw the news…I thought “Is this the way do we really want our country to be projected in the international arena”…Alas…whom to be blamed?…i donno…
India probes baby body parts find

Police in the eastern Indian state of Orissa say they have recovered nearly 30 bags full of babies’ body parts from a waste dump near a maternity clinic.
Forensic tests are being carried out on the remains following the raid near the town of Nayagarh on Sunday.
It is thought the find could be linked to the killing of female foetuses - a practice fairly widespread in India.
According to one estimate, up to 10m female foetuses may have been aborted in the country in the past two decades.
India, where boys have traditionally been favoured over girls, banned gender selection and selective abortion in 1994.

PS : Few things i came to know are
1. The year 2007 is being observed as the ‘Awareness Year of Female Foeticide’.
2. Even BBC couldn’t get the latest sex ratio of India (last known is 2001)
3. In many of the metropolitan woman themselves go for it…Now are they forced, i am not aware.
